In this work, I reimagine the classic imagery by allowing the birds and flowers to emerge from the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 surface, spilling out from the table into three-dimensional space as if coming alive.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0At the center is a self-portrait, partially obscured behind the blossoming branches and fluttering birds, holding\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 a single flower. The scene suggests the birds in motion, circling gently around her. The\u00a0 work merges the intricate patterns and rich colors of Persian art\u2014seen in the clothing and background, with\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the sculptural formality and emotional depth of the Renaissance masterpiece.<\/p><p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"959\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0This blending of Eastern and Western visual languages becomes a vessel for exploring beauty intertwined\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0with grief. The central figures embody the sorrow of a mother holding her lost child, a universal image of love.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 and mourning.
